The golf club's original ballroom was too small, and it prevented the club from hosting many desired events. Therefore, we designed a large wing that more than doubled the original space.  One of the challenges on the project was to create an additional exit stair which we accomplished with a decorative gazebo like structure on the side of the building.  It has proven to be a favorite photo location for wedding parties.

A new inn was created across from the Sea Oaks Golf Club to provide visitors a convenient place to stay.  The inn is frequented by golfers entered in multi-day golf outings, as well as guests at banquets and weddings.

A part of the Renaissance occurring in downtown Camden, three new apartments were added to the complex while also reviving four deteriorating retail spaces and four dilapidated apartments. With its rejuvenated exterior façade, the formerly abandoned group of buildings are now part of a bustling and steadily improving neighborhood.

This apartment and small group of stores were in need of a facelift.  The new canopy and finishes revitalized the building, while also highlighting the various store front entrances.

With the help of a block grant from the State of New Jersey, the Choice One non-profit organization was able to completely renovate their tired facility.  By doing so, we were able to make a significant improvement on a major avenue in the town, while giving the teens a comfortable place to go as they seek assistance for the difficulties in their lives.

Lawrenceville, NJ bestowed a "Block Grant Award" on all of the parties involved in the rehabilitation of this property. 

We converted a store front on a main street in a New Jersey college town to a new restaurant.  The new owners specialize in spicy barbecue sandwiches, giving the restaurant its name.
