The homeowner requested a primary bedroom suite over their garage with a new front facade. The project also included a family room addition and renovations to both the kitchen and dining area. With this major home renovation, the second floor addition included a reconfiguration of all existing bedrooms.
Barclay Farm Residence
The significant expansion of this common split level added a family room, relocated the kitchen, and enlarged both bedrooms and baths. The new addition simultaneously improved the rear of the house, which overlooks a stream in the backyard.
Glassboro Residence

Following a devastating fire, our firm remodeled this single-family home. Adding some upgrades to the original design allowed us to incorporate an improved kitchen, bath, and new master suite.
Haddonfield Residence

Our firm worked with a local contractor to renovate a dilapidated Haddonfield house into an elegant single family home. A series of windows and french doors make up the rear left facade, allowing afternoon sun to highlight the dining and kitchen areas.
Hammonton Township Residence

This lake front 1-1/2 story house received a facelift, a new second floor, and a new kitchen and family room. A garage and mud room was designed for the right side of the house, but was postponed for a future project.
Cherry Hill Residence

A typical 2-story house, common in this builder neighborhood, was the focus of renovations on all four sides and throughout the interior. Bedrooms were added on the upper right, rooms on the left were lengthened, a rear family room was added, and a front porch was used to hide the overhanging second floor.
